A clean, friendly guest house in a good location for Stellenbosch town centre, restaurants, the Botanic Gardens and a short drive to vineyards and the local nature reserve.
Being close to the University means being close to student accommodation and late night noise. Something to consider if noise is bothersome.

One thing I like very much about this guest house is the friendliness of the staff. The kitch staff are also very friendly, and were very quick in knwing the individual tastes and preferences of the different guests. They made you feel very much at home.
Coming from Norway, and being used to warm houses, I found the rooms to be very cold during the winter. Some extra heating could be provided so that one did not spend all the time int he room under the blanket...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the amazing restaurants in Stellenbosch. The hotel was also just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Botanical Gardens of the University of Stellenbosch, which was a lovely place to stroll around. The service at this hotel was top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even booked taxis for me and made restaurant reservations. The room amenities were also great, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room had tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a dining table. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had free toiletries. I had a wonderful experience here.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Location is perfect. Beautiful period type houses
Breakfast is made in front of you, and staff talk loudly. Didn't like being given yoghurt in a tiny cup, and fruit salad dished up for you. No options given as to what was available for breakfast. Decor could do with a revamp

This charming and quiet accommodation is located in a historically significant area close to all the action the town has to offer. the elegant bathroom with lovely fluffy towels makes you feel pampered, and the comfortable beds with crisp white cotton sheets ensure a good night's sleep. the staff is friendly, helpful, and caring, going the extra mile to make sure your stay is unforgettable. You are sure to enjoy the national monument's beautiful old building and the excellent breakfast served here.
Noise from outside can sometimes disturb your sleep during the night.
